In order to ensure the final design held up to the standards outlined in the Design Concerns Table, we performed several qualification tests.
Two tests were performed on a full scale test unit (weight and weight capacity) and five on representative coupons (tensile, drop weight impact, bend fatigue, percent retention of flexural strength after 24-hour water exposure, and tear strength).
