Design Concerns

Desired product functions: Single person capacity water transport device, non-motorized propulsion, water/leak proof, can be easily transported and stored, can withstand a wide variety of marine conditions, able to store 1-3 days of gear, able to easily portage, lightweight, UV and wear resistant, aesthetically pleasing

In order to make the most marketable product, we reached out to frequent kayakers to get their input on what aspects of the design they find most important. Using their responses we created the following table:
