Grant Fick

I am a senior at Winona State studying composite material engineering. I’m originally from Portage Wisconsin. This past summer I worked as mechanical engineer intern at Cardinal Glass AG. I worked in a CAD program Solidworks where I did mechanical design on different glass conveyors and insulating machines. Aside from work, I enjoy hiking, reading, playing disc golf, and golf.

Senior studying Composite Materials Engineering at Winona State University with minors in Mathematics and Polymer Chemistry. Currently an Engineering Intern with COMTEC at WSU, where I've spent my time working with composite material mechanical testing and thermal analysis of polymers. I serve as the Vice President of the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) at WSU, and in my free time I enjoy playing guitar, going to shows, and socializing with friends and family
