Rates ~

Weekly Rates:
o $1200.00 per week
o Check-in at 1:00pm Saturday
o Check-out by 9:00am following Saturday
o $200.00 deposit on weekly rental

Daily Rates:
o $200.00 per night
o 2 night minimum stay
o Check-in at 1:00pm
o Check-out by 9:00am
o $75.00 deposit on daily rentals

Deposit will confirm your reservation. Balance due 2 weeks in advance by check.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit will be refunded on cancellations made 45 days in advance less $25.00 cancellation fee.
